Me encontré esta editorial en una edición vieja de la Revista Lula (#5) y me di cuenta de que a pesar de haber sido hecha hace un par de años sigue totalmente vigente! y es que eso es precisamente lo que hace a Lula mi revista favorita: su atemporalidad, y el hecho de que sus editoriales sean tan hermosos que nunca pasan de moda. Además, como no enamorarse de algo que parece sacado de la vida de Edie Sedgwick y Twiggy?

I found this editorial in an old issue of Lula Magazine (#5) and I suddenly realized that despite being shot a couple of years ago it is totally valid today! and that is precisely why Lula is my favorite magazine: tha fact that their editorials are so beautyful they never go out of style. Besides, how can you not love something that looks like it came outof the lives of Edie Sedgwick and Twiggy?

Este afiche de suciedad hecho por Roland Reiner Tiangco no sólo es una idea genial, sino que además tiene un bonito mensaje. Funciona asi: la persona recibe el afiche doblado dentro de un sobre, al abrir el sobre y desdoblar el afiche, la persona se ensucia las manos y al ponerlas sobre el papel aparece el mensaje «el futuro pertenece a los que todavía queremos ensuciarnos las manos», no es ingenioso e inspirador?

This dirt poster made by Roland Reiner Tiangco isn’t just a great idea but also a beutyful wat ton convey an important message. It works like this: the person recieves the poster folded inside an envelope, once the person opens the envelope gets his/her hands dirty and by placing the dirty hand over the paper makes the text «the future belongs to the few of us still willing to get our hands dirty», isn’t this ingenious and inspiring?

Una notica corta para contarles a los que no lo saben que Liniers es uno de los mejores humoristas gráficos del universo, y que hoy particularmente me encantó su tira de Macanudo que publica diariamente en el periódico La Nación de Argentina.

A short note to let you guys know that I think Liniers is one of the best graphic humorists in the universe, and that I particulary loved today’s comic strip. You can check out his daily «Macanudo» in the argentinian newspaper La Nacion’s website.
